Shut up and listen! Ever hear that? My goal as a realtor is to make sure I listen to my clients and that I clearly understand their goals. I also want to do my very best to deliver great service and listening is part of that. Whether you’re selling or buying, it’s important for me to know where you see yourself in the next chapter of life and how I can help you get there, so I’ll be asking you a few questions as we get to know each other.

A common question I will ask is about your free time, and what you like to do with it. Understanding my customers is important, this helps in finding the best home and delivering quality service. Once I have established your objectives I can get to work. I will search high and low for my buyers and work tirelessly for my sellers. The bottom line, your goals are my goals.

Earning the confidence of my clients makes me happy and assures customers that the sales process will be smooth and stress free in my hands. Another thing that brings a smile to my face is knowing that my clients can let their hair down. You know what I mean, that a customer can speak freely and has confidence that I am really listening. When this happens, I know I’ve done my job.
